We cover all customer alterations within the first month of the final suit fitting. Should you need further alterations or repairs at a later date these can be done at a reduced rate.
Payment is taken upfront. We accept payment using all major debit and credit cards, cheque and bank transfer. We handle all our payments through WorldPay who operate an absolutely watertight system.
Cancellation or Refund
All of our products are bespoke and tailor made for you, therefore cancellations or changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Should you wish to cancel your order within this period, please email email@example.com, there will be a £100 charge for the initial consultation. Refunds are only offered if there is a fault in the final outcome of the suit.
